If you’re looking for a simple yet, delicious fall treat look no further! Caramel apple nachos always seem to be a crowd pleaser and can be customized to your liking. I’m including the steps and basic recipe below. I’d love to hear what you’d top you “apple nachos” with. If you don’t mind a little mess, this is a really fun recipe to make with kids! I just made these with my kids on our YouTube channel. We had a lot of fun; click this link if you’d like to check it out. https://youtu.be/q4qHz_LiwRE

Ingredients

4-5 large apples (Honeycrisp are my favorite!)

Marshmallows - Approx. 8-10 large ones

2.) Make your marshmallow drizzle. You can do this stovetop or in the microwave. Just heat your marshmallows and butter and stir together until a gooey mixture forms. If you’re using the microwave do this in 10 second increments and stir in between until you get the perfect consistency. If you’re making this with kids, parents will want to do this step as the mixture needs to be drizzled over the apples while it is still quite warm. If you don’t work quickly enough the mixture will thicken and won’t work as well.
